Medical Disclaimer
SIGNUM is a training log and coaching-support tool. It is not a substitute for a coach, personal trainer, physician, or physical therapist.
Nothing in SIGNUM - including AI-generated insights, readiness scores, injury-risk flags, or coaching recommendations from Vox - is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. SIGNUM does not replace the judgment of a qualified coach, trainer, or medical professional.
Always consult a qualified physician, physical therapist, or your coach before starting a new training program, changing an existing one, or if you're experiencing pain or have an injury or medical condition. You are solely responsible for your own training decisions and physical safety.
SIGNUM is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not use SIGNUM or wait for a response from Vox in an emergency.
This disclaimer is also shown in the app during onboarding and is available anytime from Account → Legal → Medical disclaimer. See our Terms of Service Section 4 for the full contractual statement.
