How to delete your SIGNUM account

In the app (fastest way)

  1. Open SIGNUM and go to Account → Settings.
  2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm twice - this is permanent and takes effect immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in

Email support@torquetta.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We'll verify you're the account owner and delete your account within 30 business days.

If you own a gym on SIGNUM: contact support@torquetta.com first - there's currently no way to delete a gym from within the app, so we'll need to help you close it out before your personal account can be deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and training data (including injury history, known maxes, and training phase)
  • Your workout logs, including any voice transcripts saved as part of a journal entry
  • Notes you personally wrote about your own clients, if you're a coach
  • Your coach/client and gym-coach relationships
  • Your billing record pointer (contact us separately if you'd also like your underlying Stripe customer record removed)
  • Your login credentials - you won't be able to sign back in with the same credentials

You're welcome to create a new SIGNUM account with the same email address afterward - deletion doesn't blacklist your email, it just starts you over with a clean profile.

What doesn't get deleted automatically

  • Notes a coach wrote about you remain in that coach's own account - they own their own working notes, the same way a paper notebook would.
  • A brief window of operational logs (30 days) and a short backup-recovery window (up to ~35 days) may still contain a copy, but these are never accessed except in an actual data-loss recovery event, and roll off automatically.
  • A newsletter subscription made with the same email isn't automatically linked or removed - email us separately if you'd like that removed too.

How long it takes

Deletion through the app is immediate. A request made by email is processed within 30 business days.
